Once paid, service fees are non-refundable. If a patient desires to reschedule her/his service appointment for an earlier or later date, a service appointment is transferable to another appointment time available at Rapid Results Diagnostics. Your rescheduled appointment must take place within 6 months from the original appointment date.

Service Type Transfers

Should the value of the service transfer be of equal or lesser value, Rapid Results will permit the original service booked to be replaced with another service offered by Rapid Results. Please note, if the value is of lesser value, you will not be refunded for the difference.

Registration Confirmations

You will receive a Rapid Results Appointment Confirmation Letter via e-mail immediately after booking or re-booking. If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your appointment, please contact the office at (479) 553-7223 or email accounting@covid19test.net

Payment Information

Rapid Results accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash, and money orders. A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in U.S. funds at the then applicable foreign currency exchange rate if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than US Dollars ($). We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc. Cash and money orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card please contact our office at (479) 553-7223 to make alternate payment arrangements.
